Objectives:To Specialize in Root Cause Failure Analysis of this kind of facilities (both onshore and offshore installations):

• Mentoring and training in how to analyse and identify critical maintenance issues before typical wind turbines’ failures occur by means of vibration measurement, analysis and control.
• To identify the typical failures that can be found on Wind Turbines and their solution.
• Definition of the main stages of a PdM Project applied to Wind Farms.
• Continuous Monitoring/Protection of Wind Turbines.

Aimed to:Wind farms’ maintenance technicians, Operation Managers, Engineering departments, Project and Start-up engineers, paying special attention to offshore installations. No previous knowledge or experience is needed. No previous knowledge or experience is needed.

Objectives:Design and construction of vessels according to the New Specifications and to the environmental directives for reducing vessels’ impact:

• Review of the current Normative/Standards and Regulation.
• Review of the basic concepts of Noise and Vibration on board vessels.
• Noise and Vibration problems on board vessels identification and solution. Review of the CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) techniques,
• as an essential methodology for cost reduction.

Aimed to:Shipyards’ technical staff, Maintenance technicians, sales department (definition and control of the specifications.), Provisioning responsible (Supplies control), Technical offices, Project engineers, Maintenance technicians, inspectors. Objectives: he main objective of the seminar is to train attendees to implement predictive maintenance programs focus to: Reduce losses of unexpected plant shutdowns, to reduce maintenance costs, to minimize failures and / or unexpected breakdowns and to maintain high equipment reliability.

• Review of Basic Concepts of MPA.
• Introduction to “Breakdown Consulting”. Knowledge and “practical” Specialization in Fault Diagnosis Techniques: Variable Speed Tests, Modal Analysis, etc; and Correction Methods: Dynamic Balance: One and two planes; Reinforced structures, etc.
• Real Practical Cases of Diagnosis and Resolution. Attention to Fault Cases presented by attendees.

Aimed at: Maintenance technicians, Plant Managers, Engineering Departments, Project engineers, Department’s Managers, Quality Control. No previous knowledge or experience is needed. It is advisable to have prior knowledge of this methodology and its tools (TSI MPA Course).

Objectives:Vibration Analyst Category II Certification by training attendees in:

• Reaffirm theoretical and practical knowledges required for the Certification.
• Deepen signal processing, evaluation and diagnosis of machinery using vibration analysis.
• Detection and diagnosis of the most common mechanical failures by measurements, analysis and control of vibrations.

Aimed to:Technicians and Heads of Predictive Maintenance and Reliability. At least, twelve (12) months of practical experience in vibration analysis.

Objectives:Vibration Analyst Category II Certification by training attendees in:

• Reaffirm theoretical and practical knowledges required for the Certification.
• Deepen signal processing, evaluation and diagnosis of machinery using vibration analysis.
• Detection and diagnosis of the most common mechanical failures by measurements, analysis and control of vibrations.

Aimed to:Technicians and Heads of Predictive Maintenance and Reliability. At least, thirty-six (36) months of practical experience in vibration analysis.
