At TSI, we have spent over 40 years solving some of the most complex technical challenges in the fields of vibrations, noise, and industrial and naval maintenance. But technical excellence does not sustain itself: it must be built, passed on, and constantly renewed. That is why, this year, we have taken a further step in our commitment to the future of engineering in Spain.

TSI took part in the 2024 Young Researchers Program of the Community of Madrid — an initiative designed to help highly qualified professionals enter the region’s business and scientific-technological ecosystem. The positions created under this program were funded through resources allocated by Spain’s State Public Employment Service (SEPE).

What does this mean for TSI?

For us, this initiative is more than just a chance to grow our team — it is a statement of intent. Bringing in young researchers means introducing fresh perspectives into real, high-level technical projects: from finite element simulations to continuous monitoring systems and vibration analysis in naval and industrial environments.

The young professionals who join TSI are not doing internships. They work side by side with senior engineers on projects with direct impact for clients such as Navantia, Repsol, Iberdrola, and Indra, among many others. That makes all the difference.

Young talent as a driver of innovation

In a sector as specialised as ours, continuous training and talent attraction are strategic priorities. Initiatives like the Community of Madrid’s Young Researchers Program enable companies like TSI to recruit professionals with advanced qualifications — engineers, PhDs, researchers — and offer them an environment where they can develop their careers in direct contact with real industry.

We firmly believe that applied research and industry are not separate worlds. At TSI, they coexist every single day.

Committed to Madrid, to engineering, and to people

This program has strengthened our ties with the innovation ecosystem of the Community of Madrid, and with our commitment to contributing to a more competitive, sustainable, and technologically advanced industrial landscape.
