The EMLES project aims to investigate new sustainable composite materials for the manufacture of blades for tidal generators through an automated process.
TSI presented at the IMO the Ni-CDS system, a non-intrusive technology to detect and reduce underwater noise caused by cavitation on ships. It improves efficiency, reduces emissions and protects marine wildlife.
#EMLES is focused on the #research and #development of new materials – processes for the manufacture of tidal turbine blades, redefining renewable energy through the adoption of advanced composite materials and optimised processes.
