Quality Policy

At TSI, a company with more than 45 years of experience in specialized vibration and noise solutions, our purpose is to deliver value to industry through the development and application of advanced technical solutions. This commitment drives us to provide high-quality engineering services based on expertise, innovation, and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

The scope of our certification includes: specialized engineering, consultancy, and training services in vibration and noise; execution of dynamic testing (measurement, analysis, and control); as well as the commercialization of monitoring systems and technical support services.

It is the responsibility of TSI’s Management to establish a comprehensive quality framework that actively involves all company personnel. TSI’s Quality Policy is based on the following general principles:

  • To remain consistent with the company’s mission, vision, and purpose.
  • To prioritize customer satisfaction and the needs of other stakeholders by complying with specifications, legal, and regulatory requirements, allocating the necessary resources to achieve this.
  • To ensure quality across all processes, thereby delivering the best possible service to our clients.
  • To promote the continuous satisfaction of professionals involved in our processes by addressing their needs and suggestions.
  • To guarantee a framework for continuous improvement through periodic evaluations and objective reviews.
  • To foster excellence in training and research activities, as well as teamwork and a strong corporate culture.
  • To ensure maximum business profitability by delivering products and services that meet customer expectations in terms of quality.
  • To ensure that the Quality Policy is implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.

This Quality Policy provides the reference framework for establishing specific plans and objectives for each financial year. These plans and objectives are regularly reviewed to ensure their suitability and achievement.

The policy is periodically reviewed by Management to ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategy and with the needs and expectations of stakeholders.

To achieve this level of quality, Management recognizes the importance of full commitment and collaboration among all departments and employees of Técnicas y Servicios de Ingeniería, S.L., promoting effective communication and reinforcing our commitment to both internal and external competitiveness.
