Objectives:
This certification course provides advanced training for vibration analysts involved in complex machinery diagnostics and condition monitoring programmes.
Participants will acquire advanced knowledge in machinery failure diagnosis and will be qualified to establish, manage, and perform condition monitoring and diagnostic programmes for rotating machinery. This includes advanced spectral analysis, time waveform analysis, and orbit analysis.
Attendees will also be qualified to perform minor corrective actions, such as operating deflection shape (ODS) analysis, single-plane balancing, and advanced diagnostic testing.
Aimed at:
Technicians and Heads of Predictive Maintenance and Reliability. At least, thirty-six (36) months of practical experience in vibration analysis.
