Objectives:
This course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and practical tools required to design, implement, and assess a comprehensive Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programme, from scratch and within a six-month timeframe.
The training focuses on mentoring and practical guidance to analyse operating conditions and identify critical maintenance issues before typical equipment failures occur, using vibration measurement, analysis, and control techniques.
Participants will receive dedicated training in vibration spectrum analysis and fault interpretation, enabling them to manage all stages of a Predictive Maintenance project, from initial assessment to full deployment.
The course also introduces continuous vibration monitoring and protection systems, highlighting their role in improving asset reliability and reducing unplanned downtime.
Aimed at:
Maintenance technicians, plant managers, engineering departments, project managers, and quality control professionals.
No prior knowledge or previous experience in predictive maintenance is required.
