font-weight: normal;\">\ud83d\udc49<\/span>La reducci\u00f3n del URN no constituye \u00fanicamente una recomendaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, sino un <strong>compromiso ambiental y estrat\u00e9gico<\/strong> para el del transporte mar\u00edtimo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243;
