We are experts in FEM/FEA analysis and simulation. This method allows to predict the static, dynamic and thermal behaviour of a structure, equipment or component. We carry out our analyses and validations based on specifications and international codes.

- DYNAMIC ANALYSIS -
This type of analysis is used to study the behaviour of structures, elements or components subject to variable loading in the time or frequency domain.
Seismic analysis for equipment and components
A seismic analysis is used to prove the capacity of a component to keep its structural integrity when subject to an earthquake event.
A spectrum response analysis is used to guarantee the correct working conditions for equipment in case of events defined by SSE curves (Safe Shutdown Earthquake) and OBE curves (Operating Basis Earthquake).
Torsional Vibration Analysis
A torsional vibration analysis reduces considerably the maintenance costs associated to an equipment, extending the life of machines in automotive, industrial or energy generation applications. This calculation is also used to select the optimal elastic coupling for every case.

- THERMAL ANALYSIS -
FEM analysis can also be used to evaluate other physical phenomena such as heat transfer.
Thermal analysis allows to develop safer and more efficient products and processes.
- FEM TO DATA TEST CORRELATION AND NUMERICAL SIMULATION -
The objective of these type of investigative services is to evaluate and adapt the real behaviour of any structure, equipment or component by means of numerical modelling using experimental data.

- FATIGUE CALCULATION -
Fatigue is the leading cause of breakdown due to mechanical components failure in service. Fatigue breakage is very dangerous since failure indications are usually very difficult to observe, producing a sudden failure event.
- STATIC ANALYSIS -
Static analysis allows to study the structural strength and deformations of any geometry by simulating its behaviour under static loading. This type of analysis provides sufficient information to design any structure and optimize material use.
