In March, TSI signed the first collaboration agreement with the IES abroad Madrid, an American institution created in 1950 that promotes the education of thousands of young people every year, offering a first-class international experience that impuls their professional development, both with educational programs and internship programs that offer students around the world the opportunity to obtain experiential learning that meets the highest standards of academic quality. This is an opportunity for students from prestigious US universities to integrate and develop in a different culture from their own, which means personal enrichment and greater opportunities for their future work. TSI search with this type of agreements, to participate in the formative stage of the future professionals and to offer them the opportunity to have a first contact with the labor world, to acquire experience and professional skills as well as to show them how companies work. This September he began his internship with Christopher, an engineering student at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. With him we have developed an internship program according to his academic background, with the aim of reinforcing the areas that interest him most and putting into practice the knowledge acquired during his studies.

We are pleased to inform that TSI, through its R&D&I Director Santiago Molins Riera, has recently participated in the #OCEANS2024 Congress held in Halifax (Canada) between 23-27 September 2024, with the technical paper ‘A Quick and Technically and Economically Feasible Response on Reducing the Underwater Radiated Noise (URN) by Existing Ships…’.
